Our world renowned YS640S is as at home on the competition circuit as it is your backyard. Based on the standard YS640S model with the same electronics and cook chamber, this model adds our competition cart with wire shelves and 8″ casters with flat-free tires. The cart not only adds to that iconic Yoder Smokers look, it adds markedly more maneuverability, while integrated tie-downs make it easy to secure for travel. Standard features are the Yoder Smokers ACS Control System featuring Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, two integrated food probes for monitoring, ceramic ignition system, and heavy gauge steel construction.

With 1,070 square inches of cook space, combined with nearly 12 inches of headroom, there’s plenty of room for anything from briskets and pork butts to beer can chickens and turkeys. But the real versatility is the ability to truly flame grill on the same cooker. Yoder Smokers pellet grills can be set up for direct over the flame grilling, a feature that can’t be matched anywhere else.

So, when you need 700°F to properly sear a steak, you’ve got it — likewise when you need 250°F for a 12-hour smoke, you’ve got that too. Freezing temperatures, wind, sleet, or snow are not an issue with the Yoder Smokers insulating thermal jacket, creating true efficiency during those colder winter months. Each jacket is designed with a five-layer construction to prevent heat loss that occurs as the temperature outside begins to drop, and therefore reducing pellet usage. Insulating the body of the cooking chamber, the thermal jacket is ideal for use at 300° and below. We recommend removing the three-piece thermal jacket for those cooks above 300°, as it was designed for smoking temperature ranges.

The Yoder Smokers YS640S Built-in Pellet Grill is the next product innovation designed in response to those looking to add a Yoder Smokers to that ultimate outdoor kitchen. This built-in design was created with versatility in mind, with three distinct mounting options available to accommodate any layout and provide a seamless mounting process. All three mounting options feature a custom, vented base that not only supports and trims the installed grill, it also helps dissipate trapped heat from the cooking chamber and therefore prolong the service life of the grill. This dissipation of heat also helps protect the counter-top from the intense heat that can be created in those high heat grilling temperatures. In addition, the grill itself has been engineered with a new grease drain threaded into the bottom of the cooking chamber. The new grease drain system features a shutoff valve to keep curious outdoor intruders out of the interior of the grill. Overall, this built-in design is more than meets the eye, combining form and very purposeful function for the perfect outdoor kitchen grilling area.
