The HB steak weight fits neatly underneath the hood of the HB250 while searing is underway, whether on your GrillGrates, or up on your grill extender.

A steak weight works by applying additional pressure for an even cook and consistent metal contact, allowing deep, pristine grill marks to form on the surface of the steak during the searing process.

The steak weight is also a great tool for smash burgers on your favorite griddle.
