Please join Chef Dominic Zumpano of Lake Forest, owner/operator of The Gallery, Lucky Duck, Peanut Gallery, and Revelry Food and Wine Festival on Thursday January 29th for a class that covers all things fun and tasty that start with the letter W.
Highlights include Whiskey (American and Japanese), Wine, and of course Wagyu. The class will take you through a simple yet sophisticated way to prepare different cuts of Wagyu and what to serve with it.

- Amazing Appetizers on arrival
- Miso Marinated Wagyu Skirt Steak Lettuce Wraps with Japanese Whiskey Old Fashioned
- Red wine braised wagyu short rib rigatoni with burrata, truffle butter, and a California Cabernet
- White Chocolate Bourbon Pot de Crème served with a Bourbon Milk Punch
