Get a 20 lb. box of Cherry Wood Chunks to fit perfectly into your wood box. We recommend only using 1 chunk of wood (approximately 2 oz) for up to 60 lbs of product smoked. Cherry Wood works well with meats like veal and pork, as well as poultry and game birds. Mix with hickory for a slightly stronger smoke taste.
