One jar of Burnt Ends Sauce contains the sauce you need to finish off your burnt ends and make them sweet, sticky and buttery with just the right amount of smoke and spice. Jess promises that this sauce will make the best damn burnt ends you’ve ever put in your mouth, which is saying a lot!

Ingredients: Inverted Sugar, Sugar, Tomato Paste, White Distilled Vinegar, Hickory Smoke Flavor, Molasses, Paprika Oleoresin, Salt, Paprika, Chili Pepper, Garlic Powder, Modified Corn Starch, Onion Powder, Jalapeno Powder, Citric Acid, Xanthan Gum.

Directions: cook desired protein until tender (we recommend brisket or pork belly). Once the meat is cubed, pour the sauce over and return to smoker, pellet grill or oven to reduce and caramelize to desired consistency. The sauce is thick enough to be used without reducing, but tastes even better when you do!
