· Amount of Charcoal: Approximately 16lbs to 20lbs for Approximately 6 to 10 Hours Cooking Time
· Cooking Capacity: Approximately 8 to 12 Slabs of Baby Back Ribs or 8 Briskets or 12 to 16 Boston Butts
